Our ingredients
We buy shea from a women’s cooperative in the north and press what we can ourselves. Because the butter is unrefined it changes colour a little between batches. That is the nut, not a fault. We make in quantities we can sell within a few months, so nothing sits long enough to need a preservative it does not want.

We make small batches of skincare from ingredients grown here: shea from the north, honey from the Volta region, oils pressed close to where the nuts are picked. Everything is listed on the jar, in plain words.
